(2)  Present a conversation according to some pictures:
A: Who is your favorite singer  ?
B: Wangfei .
A: Have you heard her songs?
B: Yes , we have.The songs make me feel exited .
A: The songs must be popular.
2) Role play the conversation.(1d)
2. Revision “复习检查”
通过检查上节课布置的作业落实作业完成情况,进而为新课的导入铺路搭桥。
通过检查“学案”中“新知预习”内容检查预习效果,

1. 速读 (Fast Reading)
Read quickly and find the answers to the questions:
(1) Who is Sarah?
(2)Did she det along well with her family ?
(3)What is Sarahs dream ?
(4) What is the importance of modern life in the US ?
(2)精读 (Intensive Reading)
Task 1: Read the first paragraph and fill in the blanks:
1) Sarah used to ________________________________.
2) Sarah heard a song ___________ feelings about returning home ____________________.
3) She ________________ how much she actually missed all of them .
Task 2: Read the second paragraph and answer the questions:
1)What is country in US ?
2) What are many songs about these days ?
3) What are the best things in life according to this paragraph ?
Task 3: Read the third paragraph and answer the questions:
1) Where does Sarah dream to go ?
2) Who is one of most successful musicians in American history ?
3) How many records has he sold ?
(3)朗读 (Loud Reading)
1) Read after the tape twice and finish 2c and exercises above 2c.  
2) 2d: Read the passage by themselves, and then use the notes in2c write a short summary of passage . Then tell your summary to your partner .( 2e )
(4)  使用学案【课堂探究】部分的内容,体验语法以及语言知识点的使用方法。
IV.Consolidation

  • 使用“学案”中【课堂探究】部分的内容,体验语法以及语言知识点的使用方法。
  • 做同步相应部分的检测题。
  • 对于成绩较好的同学可以根据自己的喜好写一篇关于一本书或乐队的评论的文章,展现给大家。
V.Examination
检测
1. 引导学生小结梳理知识框架、规律、方法,并对合作小组当堂学习情况进行总结评价,巩固学生所获得的语言知识和经验,让学生在评价中反思,在反思中进步。
Ask one of the students to say what they have learnt.

2. 当堂检测(见学案):教师要随堂进行评价,批改可以由学习小组内互批、组间互批、集体订正等方法,批阅后教师要统计达标情况,收集反馈信息,当堂矫正补救。
