The summer vacation is over. It’s true that time flies very fast.
In the vacation, the weather was hot and I could not do much homework, but I lived happily.
I did my homework in the morning. I got up at 6:30 am and took a walk in the garden for half an hour. After breakfast I began reading English and Chinese and did some math exercises. Those would take me three hours or more. I worked quite hard and I made great progress(进步).
I spent the afternoon outside. I went to swim and it was fun. I would not go home until it was late at about five or six o’clock. Sometimes a friend of mine would come to see me and we would spend some time listening to music.
In this way I spent my vacation happily. And I not only studied well but also became a good swimmer. Now I’m in good health and high spirits(精神).

It was 8:30 in the evening. Don was driving home. He was surprised when he saw some large, green light in the sky. The light was floating（漂浮）over a field. Don stopped his car and got out. He stood behind a tree and watched.
The light got very bright. It came nearer and nearer. It was a spaceship. And it landed in the field.
“What’s that? Maybe there are travelers from space in the spaceship.” He thought. He started to walk across the field.Then a large door on the spaceship opened. Something came out!
