Greet the Ss and lead in the topic of travelling in Wenzhou
T: (show a picture of Wenzhou News) I often watch news of Wenzhou on TV. Have you heard of the program?
T: The news often introduces something about Wenzhou. Do you know anything about Wenzhou- our hometown?
Then ask the Ss whether they have ever been to places of interest in Wenzhou.
T: You know, there are many interesting places in Wenzhou. Lucy, have you ever been to Wuma Street?
Then get them to ask about other places
Then get them to ask and answer according to the pictues.
Teacher gets the Ss to guess what some numbers mean to present new words.
T: We are Wenzhounese. But do you know these things?

T: Yes, it's the population.
Then teach other words like “fox, spring,” in the same way.
Teacher gets the Ss to say how to introduce a place we know.
