听:能听他人陈述困难和麻烦的简单对话的内容,并获取主要信息。
说:1.能询问、陈述自己或他人的困难和麻烦,如Whats wrong?Im really tired because I studied until midnight last night.
2.能针对别人的困境提出解决的办法和建议,如What should I do?Well,you should call him so that you can say youre sorry.
语言知识
语音:熟练把握邀请句的升调语调,同时,在口语交流时能做到语音、语调准确、自然、流畅。
词汇:1.熟练运用:allow,wrong,midnight,guess,deal.
2.掌握:Whats wrong, look through,work out.
语法:1.能正确使用情态动词could,should表达或劝告,如: You could go to his house.
2.能正确使用Why dont you...?句型表达建议。
功能:学会询问、陈述自己或他人的困难和麻烦

After greeting, ask students :
What day is it today?
Whats the date today?
Whats the weather like today?
1. Show the picture of a girl:
T: Please look at this girl,what is she doing?
T: Look at her face,she is worried.because she has a lot of homework to do.Do you have too much homework to do?Do you think it is serious?
1a.Get them to read the following sentences and discuss wheather
they are serious or not. And then write them in the approprite box
T:Do you have these problems?What kind of problems do you have?
1b. Ask students to listen and circle the problems in 1a.
Focus attention on the phrases and ask Ss to repeat them.
Check the answers with Ss.
1c.look at the problems in 1a and
make conversations.
A: What’s wrong?
B; I’m tired because I studied until midnight last night.
A: Why don’t you go to sleep earlier this evening?
2a.Peters friend is giving him advice.Lets listen and fill in the blanks with   could or should.
T: Peters friend give him some advice,but he doesnt like their advice.Why doesnt Peter like his frlends advice?Listen again.
Then let Ss practice in pairs about 2c.
Ask  them to role play the
Conversation in 2d.
  • 背诵并抄P25-26 单词 3 次。
  • 熟读 1c和2d。
  • 预习。
Students activities
Students answer the questions
S1: She is studying for test.
S2: She is writing a letter..
S3: She is doing her homework.

They discuss with their partners.
Ss show their answers.
Ss listen to the tape then circle the problems.
Ss listen and imitate the conversation after the tape.
Ss ask and answer with their partners.
Ss listen and fill in the blanks.
2b Listen again. Write the letters next to the advice.
Check the answers.
Ss practice the conversations in groups.
Then act in class.
